Rectifier cabinets
AC input is converted to the selected DC voltage. Module ratings and redundancy follow the selected configuration.
Rectification, DC distribution and battery interfaces for compatible data-centre loads. Two supplier-described approaches, selected around the complete power train.
The documented family covers rectifier modules, feeder cabinets, monitoring and battery interfaces. Battery strings connect to the DC bus; server power supplies must accept the selected DC input.

Distribution, measurement and protection are defined around the load schedule and outgoing feeders.
Server power supplies and rack distribution beyond the feeder termination are separate equipment scopes.
The supplier material describes AC/DC rectification to a high-voltage DC bus, distribution toward the row and DC/DC step-down to 240 V near the rack.
Confirm the actual output voltage window and the equipment supplied for the DC bus, protection and feeders.
Backup batteries connect through a bidirectional DC/DC stage. Voltage, fault protection and controls must be matched.
Qualify the near-rack converter and compatible server PSU. This is not a direct 800 V connection to GPUs or a claim of platform qualification.
| Parameter | Family / selection basis | Project consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Supply basis | Supplier product material available | Model availability, delivery scope and local acceptance require confirmation. |
| Battery | Separate DC backup interface | Do not assume the site BESS is compatible; check voltage, duty, controls and protection. |
| Load | DC-compatible power supplies | Confirm IT-vendor input limits, connectors, earthing and rack distribution. |
| Evidence | Selected-model records | Request relevant tests, protection information and certification scope. Supplier references are not Ruian installations. |
These systems provide an alternative to the conventional AC UPS architecture. Published supplier comparisons are not site-level performance guarantees.
